Bonn Consulting Group is responsible for overall project management and the AgriFoodLoop platform architecture. The company designs the backend, interfaces and user experience, defines the SaaS exploitation model and brings AgriFoodLoop into European standardisation processes such as DPP extension and Gaia-X.

Fraunhofer HHI contributes the project AI expertise: ontology modelling, semantic interoperability, digital twins and intelligent decision support. The institute leads the work packages for data modelling and integration as well as AI development and data analysis.

IFN coordinates requirements analysis, use-case development, practical trials and validation. The institute operates algae cultivation test facilities and contributes analytical expertise for characterising process waters and residual streams.

The family-owned company processes organic and conventional agricultural products into vegetable and fruit juices. Dohrn & Timm provides real process-water data and test environments for the primary use case in the Berlin/Brandenburg model region.

The Kontor N group advances the use of brewery residues through Eat Beer Biotech. In the project, Kontor N provides brewery data, spent grain and process expertise for the myco-protein production use case.
